An "AOP", or All Over Print is a special technique where every inch of the garment is printed on. Typically, you will see repeat patterns step and repeated across a shirt, jacket, socks, and other garments. This method is a bit more complicated than traditional screen printing. To achieve this result, printers choose between sublimation or screen printing. Screen printing is cost-effective for high volume orders and you can screen print on almost every fabric. You are also able to use a variety of ink types to create special effects for a truly unique product. We have created a pallet that is effective for creating a "All Over Printed" design. Our Single Wing Pallets allow you to produce unique special effects and specialty designs that simulate an "All Over Print" look for a fraction of the costs. The special shape allows you to print one sleeve and half of the body all at once. To simulate an All Over Print, you simply set up with your left wing AOP pallet and print the left side of the shirt and sleeve. Then, you would set up the right wing AOP pallet and print the right side of the shirt and sleeve. You have complete print control over more than half of the shirt!
