Placing your Order
Production time on standard products typically runs 3-5 business days and does not include shipping time. Please keep this in mind when you are purchasing. If you need an order of standard items to be delivered Overnight/Red Label, please contact us before placing your order so that we may check our stock to accommodate your needs before 1 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday.
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

Name of the product you wish to return along with the size, machine type, and quantity.
Please include if you would like a exchange or refund.
State your reason for return.
- Please note that the shipping costs for the return are the buyers' responsibility.
- To be eligible for a refund, products must be in clean, re-sellable condition.
- Custom items are not eligible for return.
As a courtesy to our distributors we typically do not offer discounts. This allows our distributors to earn your business. However, coupon codes and show discounts, (if we exhibited at the show), are occasionally offered.
