We are pleased to introduce our new application tools for PrintGRIP, designed to make the application process smoother and more efficient. These tools include a specialized squeegee and a versatile peeler, both crafted to enhance your screen printing experience.
Application Tools for PrintGRIP:
1. Squeegee with PTFE End: Our squeegee features a PTFE (Teflon) end to ensure a smooth finish and eliminate bubbles during the application of PrintGRIP onto your platens. This tool helps you achieve a perfectly adhered surface, enhancing the quality of your prints.
2. Peeler: The peeler is designed to assist in the application process by easily removing the backing from the adhesive. To use the peeler, pull the end of the backing through the slot and roll the paper a few times to set the tension. Gradually peel the backing off the PrintGRIP, using the squeegee to smooth out any bubbles. Continue to turn the peeler to maintain tension throughout the entire process, ensuring a consistent application.
