The Action Engineering Shirt Catcher is designed to sit directly at the exit of a conveyor dryer, automatically collecting printed garments as they come off the belt.

Instead of requiring a person to stand at the dryer removing shirts and stacking them onto a table, the Shirt Catcher allows garments to drop directly into the collection bag, dramatically reducing labor while keeping production flowing.

This simple but highly effective system keeps printed garments organized while freeing operators to focus on more productive tasks.

Designed Specifically for Dryer Output

The Shirt Catcher features a sloped collection design that guides garments into the bag as they leave the dryer.

• 24" front height allows garments to slide smoothly off the belt.
• 36" rear height helps prevent shirts from overshooting the catcher during high production speeds.
• 30" depth provides large garment capacity during long print runs.

This angled geometry ensures garments drop naturally into the bag while remaining easy to access.

Built for Production Environments

The Shirt Catcher is constructed on a heavy-duty chrome plated steel frame designed for continuous industrial use.

A durable fabric liner forms the collection bag and provides excellent strength while remaining lightweight and easy to replace if necessary.

The open design allows operators to easily remove garments for folding, boxing, or additional processing.

Operator-Friendly Mobility

The Shirt Catcher is designed for easy maneuverability on the production floor.

Features include:

• Straight wheels in the front for stable tracking
• Swivel casters in the rear for easy steering
• Two locking casters (one on each corner) to secure the unit in place
• Ergonomic bicycle-style push handles for comfortable control

This configuration allows the catcher to be positioned precisely at the end of the dryer and easily moved when needed.
