Split Roller Squeegee for Zippers and Hems!
The NEW Split Design features a 2" gap in the middle. This gap will allow you to roll over zippers and hems with ease.
When laying down an underbase, you may have noticed that as the mesh releases its contact with the substrate, it pulls up on the fibers of the garment, resulting in fibrillation. This phenomenon significantly reduces the resolution, detail, and smoothness of your final print when adding colors on top. The solution? Incorporate a Roller Squeegee after the flash to matte down the fibers. By creating a smooth surface, colors printed on top of this surface bring out the intricate details and significantly increase the overall smoothness, delivering a soft hand feel.

Each Roller Squeegee is shipped with a PTFE sheet, also known by another name we are not allowed to mention. When combined with PTFE, our Roller Squeegees create an exceptionally smooth and uniform finish. It's like having a heat press right on your machine! Our Roller Squeegees are available for most automatic machines, and a manual version is also available.
Key Features and Benefits:
- Includes PTFE sheet for enhanced smoothness and print quality.
- **The PTFE sheet will be flat in the bottom of the box.**
- Creates a very smooth and uniform hand to the final product.
- Eliminates fibrillation and enhances print resolution and detail. It's like having a heat press right on your machine!
- Suitable for most automatic machines; manual version also available.
- Size listed is of the Roller portion only. Outer dimension is 2" larger. The 16" Roller Squeegee requires 23"x31" frame. Machines using 20" x 24" frames should order the 14" Roller Squeegee.
Using a Roller Squeegee and PTFE Sheet with your OWN Frame
With every Roller Squeegee purchase, you will receive a PTFE Sheet to use with your own frame. If you choose this option, ensure you have a print-ready frame that is coated with emulsion and dried on one side. Once the frame is prepared, simply peel off the PTFE backing and apply it to the underside/back of your frame. For added security, reinforce the edges of the Teflon sheet by taping all four sides.
Elevate your printing game with Roller Squeegees and enjoy unmatched smoothness and exceptional print quality.
