Our EZ Clean Squeegees are designed to make the process of changing the rubber incredibly easy! With a simple loosening of the screws, the rubber effortlessly falls out, saving you time and hassle. We aptly named them EZ-Clean because there are no nuts and bolt heads sticking out, providing a seamless experience. We go the extra mile by countersinking one side and tapping the other, ensuring easy cleaning without snagging your wash rag.

Each EZ Clean Squeegee comes with 70 Durometer Rubber Installed or your choice of any standard or triple durometer. Our meticulous process involves slightly over-cutting the rubber and installing it with precision for straightness. After careful edge sanding and thorough cleanup, our squeegees are finished, resulting in the finest squeegees available in the market.

Every aspect of this squeegee has been carefully considered to ensure precision, easy rubber changes, and excellent cleanup capabilities.

A Better Squeegee by Design

The AE-ROQ Straight Squeegee is engineered to eliminate the inefficiencies built into the original ROQ design. By addressing blade wear, changeover time, and cleaning difficulty, this system delivers measurable improvements in productivity and operating cost.

Straight Design: Maximizes Blade Life

The original ROQ squeegee holder incorporates a fixed 15° flange angle. When installed on press with the holder vertical, the blade is already positioned at an angle. As the leading edge wears, the operator cannot simply rotate the squeegee to utilize the opposite edge.

Instead, the rubber must be removed, rotated, and reinstalled.

The AE straight design eliminates this limitation. With no built-in angle, the squeegee can be rotated 180° directly on press, immediately presenting a fresh edge.

Two-Piece Construction: Simplifies Blade Changes

Traditional one-piece aluminum holders rely on clamping force from a single extrusion. Even after loosening the fasteners, the blade remains tightly captured and must be forced free. This process typically requires a vise and prying, creating risk of damage and consuming valuable time.

Reinstallation can be equally difficult, often requiring impact or force to properly seat the blade.

The AE two-piece design removes these challenges entirely. By slightly loosening the fasteners, the clamping pressure is released and the blade can be removed or installed effortlessly.

Easy-Clean Design: Reduces Maintenance Time

Cleaning efficiency is critical in high-volume production environments. The original design includes exposed hardware and open areas that trap ink and require detailed cleaning.

The AE squeegee is machined to eliminate unnecessary surface interruptions. Fasteners are flush, surfaces are smooth, and the ends are enclosed to prevent ink intrusion.

    Not only are these easier to clean and replace squeegee blades but allow for split squeegee applications to use a screen to get more colors on a shirt than your press allows.

    These squeegees outperform the ones that came with our new automatic. Well crafted and engineered. These are our go to favorites.

    These are pretty sweet. The OEM squeegee carriers for the ROQ are pretty awful when it comes to changing the rubber, so these are a dream come true.

    The only thing stopping a five star rating is that triple durometer squeegee blades just don't seem to clamp down as nicely - I'm guessing the rubber is just a tiny bit thicker than a single durometer. I would love to see Action build just a hair more space into the carriers or make a version that better fits triple D squeegees.

    Overall good product, would recommend!
